Vick Millard is a character in Zee Bawx. With commands, you can become Vick, but you're much more likely to find her sitting on top of the Loot Rain Maker. When you use a St. Patrick's Day Injector, Vick will be found sitting on the LRM with a sign that reads, simply, "Thanks, [user.]" Often, she is found sitting next to Elly Tisiphone, and occasionally Mark Bismarck.
In Zee Bawx lore, Vick Millard used to be a regular child. While she was walking home from school, she was kidnapped, taken to a dark room, and put to sleep. When she woke up, a white figure (Probably Dr. Maxwell White...) was peeling her skin from her lower body, trying to remove as much as they possibly could. She passed out from shock, and when she woke up again, half her face was missing, her lower body lacked skin, her tail was gone and so was her tongue. The Carrier picked her up and took her to back home. Instead of going inside, Vick went into the forest behind her house, dug a hole, and buried herself.
